We are a central source of information, which is made available to you, contractors and suppliers of all trades, either by visiting our plan center, or by way of our online services. However, we are more than just a place to come and view drawings and specifications on commercial and governmental projects out for bid. We provide timely, accurate, and thoroughly researched information, and have systems in place to assure you are kept aware of any changes that may occur during the bidding process.

Welcome to the Contractor Plan Center Member Services. You will soon discover the most thorough and in depth online services of any Plan Center. We have designed our site for ease of use.

Your membership level will determine what parts of our website you will have access to. All members have access to our basic services: Daily Information, Project Calendar, Updated Plan Holders List, Bid Results, and Addenda.

The Project Calendar is available to all members listing by bid date projects that are currently out for bid. Detailed information is available only to Option One and Two members.

Daily Information is available to all members. The Daily Information is posted each day with updates on New Project Arrivals, Mandatory Pre Bid Meetings, Addenda, Bid Extensions, and Bid Results.

Updated Plan Holder Lists are available to all members. The updated list is posted online the day before a project is scheduled to bid.

Bid Results are posted online for 30 days.

Future Work is available to all members. Detailed information is available only to Option One and Two members.

Project Calendar, Bid Results, and Future Work sections have the ability to be searched by using a search button. This feature is only available to our Option One and Two members.

MaxView is a free reader, and is required to be downloaded by all members to fully use our website. Use MaxView to view and print full-size drawings or perform basic takeoffs electronically.

Note: With MaxView for a period of 30 days after your initial signing in, we can explore some of MaxView upgraded software products. These you can purchase from MaxView through their website at www.maxview.com.
