Under the Counter Projects"Under the Counter" is a service many General Contractors have taken advantage of as a way to open up the bid process to a select group of Sub-Contractors of their choosing. It works very simply, the project drawings and specifications are placed online. Then, with a unique password created by the General Contractor, the selected Sub-Contractors have full access to view the project, at their convenience. Additionally, the Sub-Contractor has the option to print and/or download the project's drawings and specifications. GC ServicesG C Services gives General Contractors the ability to track their projects online. Any General Contractor that is listed on the Plan Holder List can obtain a unique User ID and password to access, at anytime, the list of Sub-Contractors and/or Suppliers that have shown an interest in bidding their projects. The information provided to the General Contractor is maintained in real time and includes the following information: business name, contact person, phone number, CSI division, and trade the Sub-Contractor and/or Supplier represents.
